🪵 COMPATIBLE WOOD AND SURFACE TYPES

The device produces flawless arc sparks on raw surfaces, sheet materials, and wood types of any hardness rating:

• Sheet Materials: Raw MDF and raw chipboard.
• Hard and Very Hard Woods: Walnut, oak, beech, elm, black locust, mahogany, ash, birch, maple, cherry.
• Medium and Soft Woods: Sweetgum (liquidambar), poplar, chestnut, cypress, cedar, pine, spruce, fir, European larch, linden, willow.

💡 PROFESSIONAL USE AND SOLUTION RECOMMENDATIONS

• Ideal Surface Preparation: For best results, the moisture content of the wood should be between 10% and 20%. Wet/green wood should not be used. The application surface must be raw and thoroughly cleaned with 80-120 grit sandpaper.
• Economical & Effective Solution Recipe: Instead of alternatives on the market (cola, borax, baking soda), powder washing soda (sodium carbonate) provides the most efficient burn. The ideal mixing ratio is 1 tablespoon of powder washing soda to 1 cup of water.
• Timing: Apply the solution to the wood 2-3 minutes before starting the burning process. During operation, continuously remoisten drying areas (where the probes touch or the gaps in between) using a spray bottle or brush. This accelerates the fractal flow.
• Depth Enhancement Technique: When the electrical currents merge in the center and begin to deepen, lift one of the probes into the air for 2-3 seconds, then re-establish contact. This triggers the wood’s own combustion energy, prevents unnecessary device overheating, and creates more aesthetically pleasing, deeper burns.
