🪵 COMPATIBLE WOOD AND SURFACE TYPES

The device produces perfect arc sparks on raw surfaces, panels, and all wood types regardless of hardness:

• Panels: Raw MDF and raw chipboard.

💡 PROFESSIONAL USE AND SOLUTION RECOMMENDATIONS

• Ideal Surface Preparation: Wood moisture content should be between 10% and 20% for best results. Wet wood must not be used. The application surface must be raw and cleaned with 80-120 grit sandpaper.
• Economical and Effective Solution Recipe: Powdered washing soda provides the most efficient burning instead of market alternatives (cola, borax, baking soda). The ideal mixing ratio is 1 tablespoon of powdered washing soda to 1 cup of water.
• Timing: Apply the solution to the wood 2-3 minutes before starting the burning process. Continuously moisten drying areas (where probes press or in the middle) during the process using a spray or brush. This accelerates the fractal flow.
• Depth Generation Technique: Lift one of the probes into the air for 2-3 seconds and reconnect it when the electric current merges in the middle and deepens. This triggers the wood’s own burning energy, prevents unnecessary overheating of the device, and creates more aesthetic depths.
